Shipping

ALL ORDERS OVER £30 are shipped FREE worldwide using our standard delivery service. Orders below £30 carry a £3 shipping charge.

All orders placed Monday to Friday by 12:00 (GMT) are sent that day. Orders placed after this time or at weekends and bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Our standard service is sent by First Class Jersey Post using airmail for all overseas orders.

UK orders please allow three working days in most cases.

Overseas orders should arrive within 3 - 4 weeks dependent on location.

Should you not receive your order within 28 days please contact us - care@ipanemaflipflops.co.uk.

Returns

We are confident in the quality of our products and happily offer a no quibble return policy.

Should you for any reason wish to return your order (or part of your order) please email us within 21 days of purchase stating the following:-

• Your Order Number
• Whether you would like a refund or an exchange - if you wish to exchange please tell us what product, size and colour you would like. If no information is provided we will assume you would like a refund.

Then all you need to do is send the product(s) back to us in their original condition to the following address:-

Please ensure you enclose your order number. If a further amount is to be paid for an exchange, please DO NOT include money in the return. We will inform you by email how to pay the excess.

We also advise you get a proof of postage and keep this until your return has been processed. We aim to process returns within seven days of receipt.

Sorry, we cannot offer a refund on postage for returns however do not charge for re-dispatches.
