We are confident in the quality of our products and happily offer a no quibble return policy.
Should you for any reason wish to return your order (or part of your order) please email us within 21 days of purchase stating your order number and
whether you require a refund or an exchange (please include exchange details). If there is no information we will assume that you want a refund.Then all you need to do is send the product(s) back to us in their original condition to the following address:-

Please ensure you enclose your order number. If a further amount is to be paid for an exchange, please DO NOT include money in the return.
We also advise you get a proof of postage and keep this until your return has been processed. We aim to process returns within seven days of receipt.
Sorry, we cannot offer a refund on postage for returns however do not charge for re-dispatches.
